The Construction Site is located in the South West area of Downtown Springdale. The Construction Site is only accessible to you during the Night. If you try to enter during the Day, a construction worker will stop you and say, "Hey! We're working here! Authorized personnel only in here!".
There is a C-Rank Gate blocking the entrance to the Construction Site, so your Watch must be at least a Rank C in order to enter the Construction Site.

Special Yo-kai[]
When you visit the Construction Site as a part of the story in Yo-kai Watch, you will find Komasan standing outside. He is also supposed to meet Kyubii there but is a little afraid to travel alone. Komasan will give you his medal automatically at this point.
